Broad Haven South Beach
South Pembrokeshire, near Bosherston, Pembroke, SA71 5DR
Popular with families in summer but often deserted in winter Broad Haven is a wide sandy bay backed by dunes and a great beach to visit with your dog. If you decide to park at Broad Haven then it’s a quick tumble down a dune from the car park, but if you park at at either Bosherston or Stackpole Court the beach is approached along paths which border the lily ponds; the scenery is a treat and the walk highly recommended. From the beach you can head over the cliffs eastwards on the coast path to Barafundle Bay and Stackpole Quay – route map – or westwards to St Govan’s Head – route map.
Dog friendly all year!
