The tiny harbour of Stackpole, formerly a lime quarry, is the ideal base for starting the Stackpole wildlife walk which takes in lakes, woods, beaches, dunes and cliffs, including Barafundle BayBroad Haven and Bosherston. Alternatively you can take the coast path east to Freshwater East, but however you find your way to Stackpole, it’s the perfect spot for a doggy swim and refreshments in the lovely Boathouse tea room.
