South Pembrokeshire, near Saundersfoot, SA69 9AU
Wiseman’s Bridge has a sandy beach with a pebble bank above the tide line and a wooded valley behind. From here you can take a gentle stroll inland through Pleasant Valley leading to the old Stepaside Ironworks. The sheltered woods are a nice contrast to the open beach but if you prefer to stick with the coast, head west to Saundersfoot along the promenade-style walkway and old railway tunnels with Coppet Hall on route. The Wiseman’s Bridge Inn sits right on the beach and provides the perfect vantage point to take in the view down the coast to Monkstone Point and Tenby.
Dog friendly all year!
Free roadside parking next to the beach – SA69 9AU.
