Dale Beach
West Pembrokeshire, Dale, SA62 3RA
Dale village has a laid back air about it with the main attraction being it’s water-based pastimes, making it very popular with visitors in summer. The quaint shoreline houses add to the general charm of the place and are evocative of a time when Dale was a smugglers’ village. The beach is a fine crescent shaped bay of shingle and sand at low tide. It’s sheltered by lush woodland on one side and far reaching views over the Milford Haven Estuary on the other. A 20 minute walk to the other side of the headland is West Dale beach which is dog friendly all year and a reasonable alternative when dog restrictions are in force at Dale.
